The Ultra-Pactor is a high-end roller compactor, which can handle capacities of less than 0.1µg/m³, with a throughput of 400kg/h.
Its benefits include a full validation package, with fully automated wash-in-place (WIP) or clean-in-place (CIP) capabilities, as well as online pressure monitoring for isolator and process containment.
The machine is optimised for safety, both for the operator and the product. It also has monitored fire-wall seals, and a push/push filter system.
The additional options for the Ultra-Pactor include a variety of roller surfaces and granular designs, a build in process analytical technology (PAT) control system, and a manufacturing execution systems (MES) interface.
