Services
The Pharma service includes pharmaceutical storage (subject to aircraft and station limitations), temperature-controlled delivery, minimised tarmac time, high-loading priority, flight crew notified to adjust cargo hold temperature, IATA time and temperature-controlled labels, tailor-made dollies for tarmac process to protect from temperature fluctuations and thermal blankets available.
The Pharma Light service includes pharmaceutical storage (subject to aircraft and station limitations), high loading priority (higher for PIL+ CRT/ERT/COL/FRO).
Temperature-controlled facilities
For refrigerated (COL) goods, temperatures range from 2°C to 8°C. There are 208m2 of temperature-controlled facilities available.
For room temperature (CRT) goods, temperatures range from 15°C to 25°C. There are 2,600m2 of temperature-controlled facilities available.
For freezer storage (FRO), temperatures are maintained at -18°C. There is a 50m2 temperature-controlled facility available.
