Shippers are responsible to ensure that all legislation concerning countries of export/import or transit is followed, and that any permit, certificate or other documentation is available, where required, to be provided to customs, health or other authorities.
The shipper must ensure the product is properly packaged. If there is any doubt, whether the normal air transport and handling conditions can be withstood, the shipper must consult Finnair Cargo.
