Our AquaZero multi-effect stills have been engineered to maximise energy efficiency without compromising quality.
Puretech’s AquaZero distillation systems are designed and constructed to produce WFI in full compliance with cGMP guidelines as per FDA and EMEA, EP, JP and USP requirements. Engineering and manufacturing practices follow ISO 9001 procedures, ASME BPE criteria and GAMP and ISPE guidelines and the pressure vessels are designed and certified as per international codes as PED, ASME U-stamp etc.
Is pure steam and WFI is required simultaneously, you have the option of a ‘Combi’ unit to save on capital expenditure and operating costs.
With the first AquaZero unit, the four-step separation process was introduced. The sequence was designed to improve the distillate quality and safety of operation.
As standard, system features include:
- Proportional Utility Feed Control
- Tensionless Heat Exchangers
- The Thermosiphon effect
