The range covers manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic systems. Special packaging materials such as two-chamber vials or syringes can be transported with ease. HOF holds patents worldwide for these technologies.
The loading and unloading systems are installed and tested at our own production facility together with freeze dryers or in front of a suitable dummy frame. The clear advantage is the reduced installation and test period at the customer site.
Existing freeze dryers can be retrofitted with the innovative loading and unloading systems from HOF to meet future requirements. Depending on the requirements, loading and unloading systems can be designed for insulator or RABS technology.
