7PSolutions provides additional services to ensure its customers’ compliance with global regulations protecting product integrity and customers’ brands.

Good distribution practices (GDP)

7PSolutions brings state-of-the-art, robust technology to the industry, allowing its clients to become compliant with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other global regulations, including good distribution practices (GDP).

The company’s quality management system (QMS) can be implemented within the operations of clients’ service providers from couriers to full-truckload carriers, ensuring one consistent QMS across an entire climate-controlled supply chain, locally, regionally or globally.

7PSolutions also provides rigid security protocols that protect brands while products are moving around the world. Shipments going outside clients’ protocols send immediate real-time alerts and alarms to all interested parties.

Its security standard operating practices (SOP) bring its customers in compliance with Transport Asset Protection Association (TAPA) guidelines.

Global monitoring

7PSolutions provides monitoring services based on individual client requirements. Some clients choose to monitor 100%, while others require joint monitoring based on the event and others require 7P to provide all monitoring services through to recovery and investigation.

The 7P solution is customised to ensure its clients brand is properly protected based on their individual business requirements.

The command centre provides monitoring services 24/7 and is staffed by qualified personnel. All personnel are trained to utilise 7P’s RouteWatch software as a service (SaaS) along with the management and utilisation of client-specific alarms coming into the centre. Personnel is trained on a need to know basis only and based upon client protocols.

7P maintains a robust cargo security protocol document, which can assist clients in establishing their own security protocols. Security protocols are customised to each organisation and it is suggested they are established, implemented and followed on a need to know basis. Not everyone within the supply chain needs the same level of knowledge of the goals or processes of the security protocols within a supply chain.

7P is also a member or active in the following organisations:

  • Associate Member CargoNet – A Powerful Alliance
  • Transport Asset Protection Association (TAPA)
  • International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO)
  • National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB)
  • Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC)
  • National Cargo Theft Task Force Regional Divisions
