Temperature Calibration Process
By Seemoto
When calibrating the TS, TS-Logger, THS and PT sensors, calibration is made within 5°C of the temperature that the sensor is most frequently used. Default calibration points are 4°C for cool storages and -22°C for freezers.
If required, three-point calibration can be made at -22°C, 4°C and 25°C. The verification process is according to standard EN13486.
Sensors are sealed in a vacuum bag and put into a thermostatic bath, where liquid temperature measurements and sensor readings are taken.
