“A year on, we have also successfully passed our first supervisory audit,” says Katharina Brüssel.
As ECOCOOL’s certified quality management officer, she was responsible for coordinating the audit. “For this supervisory audit, we went through every process with a fine-tooth comb,” she adds.
Management is proud to once again have its high quality standards inspected and confirmed, this time by independent external auditors. “We have to follow strict legal guidelines for our clients in foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.
