Envirotainer has awarded Air Canada Cargo with Qualified Envirotainer Provider (QEP) Accreditation for its Toronto Pearson International Airport (YZZ) hub, as well as six other stations in cities including London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Chicago, and Indianapolis.

The accreditation demonstrates Air Canada Cargo’s expertise in handling Envirotainer container and cold chain shipments.

Vice President of Air Canada Cargo Lise-Marie Turpin said: "We are proud to receive QEP Accreditation from Envirotainer. This is an important acknowledgement of our commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards when it comes to the handling of temperature-controlled shipments."

AC cool chain solution AC Absolute° is offered at over 40 certified locations throughout Air Canada Cargo’s international network. The company will now pursue QEP accreditation at all AC Absolute° locations in its continued commitment to quality handling of temperature-controlled shipments.

AC Absolute° and other cool chain shipments can be booked using CPS or Air Canada Cargo’s e-Booking tool.
