The Priority1 service is available for all shipments, including those booked with AC General Cargo, AC Pharmacair, AC Fresh and AC DGR.

Priority1 includes higher load priority, flexible tender and retrieval times and a service level guarantee. It is integrated into Air Canada’s specialised solutions, AC Absolute°, AC Secure, AC Live and AC Compassion.

Customers can take advantage of the Priority1 service any time a shipment requires extra care or higher priority.
