Dry granulation expert Gerteis® has announced it will return to the international high prestige ACHEMA exhibition in Frankfurt this year to showcase its high-performance roller compaction solutions.
The Gerteis display in Hall 3.0, booth D25, will feature live demonstrations of its latest generation Mini Pactor®.
Gerteis is the optimal solution for dry granulation, from research and development (R&D) trials to continuous manufacturing. Gerteis’ roller compactors can process powders, even those with extremely poor flow properties, far better than any other machine on the market, without the need for vacuum or roller cooling.
The Pactor line, which can be upgraded to accommodate potent compounds, represents the best machines to launch a quality by design (QbD) programme.
Linear scale-up from R&D to high-volume production is easy due to Gerteis’ roller design.
In addition, Gerteis can provide formulation support to all customers. Its product portfolio includes machines capable of product output ranging from 10g per trial up to 400kg/hr. Two additional production roller compactors on display will show their capabilities.
