Upon customer request, Proderma provides support from the very beginning of a project. Due to its wide range of suppliers and partners, we can help to choose the right packaging material for the product but also the production process. We also offer to take care of the material planning, ordering and logistics.
Contract packer for filling and packaging
From pills, tablets, individual pieces and powders to gels, semi-solid and liquid dosage forms, we are experienced with the exact dispensing of tablets and filling ointments or liquids, which we can load into all bag and box shapes under normal or protective atmosphere conditions. Temperature and humidity levels are adjustable.
Proderma packages disinfectant wipes, gels for aching muscles, analgesics, ointments for wounds and capsules in a variety of containers. We also pack human and veterinary medicinal products.
From prototyping to pre-production and small series, for new products or start-ups, Proderma offers solutions for almost every business.
Primary and secondary packaging
After the filling and packing of the products, we can pack them directly to primary and secondary packaging such as a folding box. Our machines allow clients to choose from several formats.
We can achieve this semi-automatically packed or offer the service packed by hand. Furthermore, we produce samples for new product launches or sampling campaigns and stick them on promotional items.
Certificates for client safety
Proderma has the necessary Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification and Swissmedic approval to ensure the packing and manufacturing of pharmaceutical and medical products, as well as the production, filling and packing of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and chemical-technical products, according to the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001, ISO 22000, ISO / TS 22002-1, ISO 13485 and ISO 22716.
