Leading freeze-drying and pharma process specialist HOF Sonderanlagenbau will be a prominent exhibitor and conference contributor at three important upcoming industry events, one in the USA and two in Europe.

The first of these will be the Lounges Cleanroom Processes meeting in Karlsruhe in south-western Germany, opening on 25 March.

Innovation as key elements

HOF will be an exhibitor there from stand K4.4 in the Karlsruhe Messe convention centre, showcasing its latest innovative technologies, such as its Freeze-Thaw solutions that allows adjustable freezing speed with full control over the total process, even freezing regardless of bag size, barcoding of consignments, and substantial energy savings.

HOF will also contribute to the Lounges conference agenda, with a Day One presentation from Sales Manager Fabian Plaum on ‘Sustainable Refrigeration Technologies for Freeze-Drying Processes’ (1530-1600 hrs., Room 7) and back-to-back presentations in Room 9 on Day Two on ‘Future of Biomanufacturing: HOF Freeze-Thaw Solutions’ (Fabian Plaum), and ‘Annex 1 compliant loading and unloading of freeze dryers’ (Julien Dietermann).

INTERPHEX appearance

A week later, HOF will be heading to America’s high prestige INTERPHEX pharma manufacturing expo in New York City, where a virtual Freeze-Thaw demonstration will take centre-stage on the HOF Sonderanlagenbau stand at Booth 1113 at the Javits Center expo space, featuring revolutionary technology.

HOF technical experts will be on hand to explain how the new process can speed pharma manufacturing and regulatory validation of lyophilised products, with reliable time, temperature and other data gathered from within the process.

Pharma Congress 2025

HOF’s appearance at three events within as many weeks will culminate on 8-9 April, with its presence at the GMP Pharma Congress 2025 in Wiesbaden in western Germany’s RheinMain region. HOF will exhibit from Stand A17 in the RheinMain KongressCenter, again offering virtual demos of Freeze-Thaw, as well as presentations of its other innovative solutions such as its spectrometry-based MassAnalyzer for continuous process monitoring, and CryoBlizzard technology, using ambient air as a refrigerant.

HOF will be a contributor to the Congress Sustainability/Green GMP track, with Fabian Plaum delivering a Day Two presentation in partnership with Christian Sonntag of Roche on ‘Sustainable Refrigeration Technologies: Overview and Implementation of innovative Air-Cooling Technology for Freeze-Drying Processes’.

Spearheading latest technologies

Fabian Plaum commented: “Our reappearance at these three important meetings is in line with our mission to embrace and lead the latest trends and developments for the biopharmaceutical industry.”

“By participating in three major international events in three consecutive weeks, we offer all our customers the opportunity to learn more about the latest trends and developments in the biopharmaceutical industry,” he added.
