Open House Event

Following its announcement of leasing additional premises in its adjacent business park, Medipak Systems Company Dividella has provided a venue for the two-day Open House event.

All of the Medipak Systems companies participated, along with numerous co-exhibitors. Featuring 180 guests from all over the world, the conference program included inspiring presentations by invited speakers and specialist presentations on current trends in the pharmaceutical industry, such as digitisation, small lot solutions, and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) optimisation.

Guests learned what extreme mountain climbing has to do with project planning and teamwork, and what effect digitisation is having on our future, both official and unofficial.

As part of Dividella’s extension, new Engineering Department offices and a new assembly shop held the exhibition, presenting guests with a broad spectrum of solutions and technologies for production, inspection, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Dividella exhibited the NeoTop x, a TopLoading cartoner designed specifically for small and medium-sized lots and equipped with a variable manual insertion module and a range of safety features.

Mediseal presented its CP400-P3200 blister line with integrated OCS checkweigher and an end-of-line stretch wrapper from pester pac automation. Also worth seeing was the DS12+ tablet sorting machine from Seidenader and the V90+ semi-automatic inspection machine.

Rondo presented various packaging solutions such as its Tamper Evidence Solution and Smart Packaging with integrated NFC features, while Seidenader’s virtual reality Blackbox was a great success.

Werum IT Solutions presented the latest version of its PAS-X 3.1.8 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) along with the PAS-X KPI and Track&Trace Solutions.

The exhibition was completed by partners from the industry, including pester pac automation, Pago, OCS Checkweighers, Robatech, Micron, M.A.S. (Material Analytischer Service), Metsä Bard, Videojet Technologies, and Ypsomed. Visitors were able to see beyond the packaging process and acquire an insight into solutions along the entire value creation chain in the pharma industry.
