Distek has added a dual-impeller single-use bioreactor system to its BIOne portfolio.

The dual-impeller BIOne SUB increases mixing efficiency within the bioreactor resulting in an increased mass transfer coefficient while maintaining the same rate of agitation.

Product manager of bioprocessing for Distek Cristy Botens said: “Optimised mammalian processes are yielding higher cell densities and more product than ever.
