SanaClis has earned its place on Nice Insight’s survey of top ten lists of clinical research organisations (CROs) for 2015, based on customer perceptions of quality.

Top for customer perception
Nice Insight’s top ten list of outsourcing pharma industry providers for 2015 also comprises the highest scoring companies, as rated by buyers of outsourced services. Scores are based on customer perceptions of quality of service.
Nice Insight classifies preclinical CRO providers in four categories, which are analytical services, bioanalytical services, toxicology and pharmacovigilance.
The clinical CRO sector is judged in four categories that are analytical services, bioanalytical services, clinical monitoring and clinical research. SanaClis was only entered in the last category.
Customer perception (CP) within each category is shaped by how current buyers or prospects rate companies based on their experience, along with marketing materials, word-of-mouth influence and qualitative ratings.
Key metrics
The Nice Insight CP scorers are based on six key metrics for outsourcing, which are quality, reliability, productivity, affordability, innovation and regulatory history. CP scores are determined by an aggregate average of the six metric scores, expressed to two decimal points.
