Mr Norbert Schwella has been appointed as the chief financial officer (CFO) and a member of the extended executive board of Haupt Pharma.
The function of the CFO was created with regard to the increasing tasks and responsibilities to be handled with the integration of AMAREG and Wülfing Pharma. The CFO will be responsible for accounting, controlling, treasury and IT within the group.
Mr Schwella was born in 1947 in Wiesbaden. He graduated as an economist from the University of Bonn and in the course of his professional career has gained extensive experiences as managing director and CFO in companies such as Brau & Brunnen and Amoco Chemical.
Furthermore, Mr Schwella worked as a self-employed interim manager at Pitney Bowes Germany and in the automobile industry. In 2007, Mr Schwella became managing director of allegropharm, where he was responsible for the commercial sector of AMAREG and Wülfing Pharma.
