NSF International has integrated subsidiary companies NSF Becker & Associates, NSF-DBA and NSF Pharmalytica, as well as its existing Dietary Supplement Program, into one unified Health Sciences Division.
Restructuring this division enables NSF to provide expedited and cost-effective training, consulting, auditing, testing, certification and R&D solutions for the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device and dietary supplement industries.
The NSF Health Sciences Division will continue to operate globally throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America under the following sub-divisions: Pharma Biotech, Medical Devices and Dietary Supplements. Services within these business units support the total product lifecycle through product development, clinical trials, registration and manufacturing.
Bob Pietrowski has been appointed to vice-president of NSF International Health Sciences Division, and will continue to oversee training, consulting, auditing, GMP (good manufacturing practices) registration and GLP (good laboratory practices) testing, certification, R&D and regulatory guidance services.
"Services within these business units support the total product lifecycle needs of our clients in the dietary supplements, medical devices and pharma biotech industries," said Bob Pietrowski. "This new structure will allow NSF International to be even more customer-focused and allow companies to gain access to a wide range of global and technical expertise."
