A leading human resources and outsourcing solutions company Kelly has launched a European-wide life sciences practice as part of the company’s strategy to become a prominent player in a market where top talent is in high demand.

Kelly EMEA Life Sciences Practice operates in every European country. It is headed by Franck Teboul, Kelly’s general manager in France and Benelux and practice leader of life sciences in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

For more than 20 years, Kelly has been recognised in France for its work in the life sciences sector and its unique range of services, which ranges from clinical research consulting, to temporary workers, to recruitment and outsourcing (BPO and RPO). Worldwide, the company works with 89% of all pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical equipment companies of Fortune 500.

Today, Kelly places more than 30,000 employees yearly in life science industries across the EMEA region through 300 Kelly consultants. Of these 70% hold a life sciences degree.

In Europe, Kelly has 250,000 life science candidates registered in its database and works with 16 of the biggest biotechnology firms. In 2015, Kelly achieved revenues of €350m in life sciences in the EMEA zone and of this €80m (22%) was from France alone.

Kelly’s new EMEA Life Sciences Practice will help the firm strengthen its recruiting and outsourcing business throughout Europe by expanding its range of services to all sectors in this industry in all European countries, while simultaneously offering better opportunities and education to candidates.

In addition to significantly expanding its customer portfolio, Kelly intends to strengthen the interaction among its experts community.
