As general planner for Octapharma, ZETA implemented an industry-leading EPCM project resulting in the doubling of plasma throughput at the manufacturing site in Vienna, Austria. As general planner, ZETA was responsible for all essential planning phases and the planning coordination of all disciplines involved.
Time-to-market record: major EPCM project in just 24 months
A major project was implemented at the Boehringer Ingelheim RCV site in Vienna, Austria, in just 24 months. This project, G3 Leopold, included the planning and construction of process plants and a new building, as well as the conversion of existing buildings.
The customer relied on ZETA’s extensive planning and project management expertise and opted for ZETA’s integrated project management model. The entire planning and management services required by ZETA were determined and implemented under a ‘one roof’ concept, with close collaboration with the client and partner companies from project inception.
Biotech production centre: Ensuring world-wide supply of essential medicine
In just 25 months at the Loba biotech site in Fischamend near Vienna, a state-of-the-art biotech center with multiple production units was erected. The adaptation of existing infrastructure and the addition of completely new buildings and production units was planned and implemented.
