Top five pharma companies in Spain’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 20.59% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain’s pharma industry during December 2021 over November 2021.

Sanofi posted 13 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a rise of 116.67% over the previous month, followed by F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 5 jobs and a 79.17% drop. Novartis with 4 IT jobs and PSI CRO with 4 jobs, recorded a 300% growth and a 33.33% growth, respectively, while Eli Lilly and recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during December 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.62%, down by 41.38% from November 2021. Mid Level positions with a 34.48% share, registered a decline of 37.5% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Senior job ads with 3.45% share, flat growth over November 2021, while Entry Level postings accounted for 3.45%, recording a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
