Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 42.67% share, which marked a 10.34% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 32%, registering a 71.43% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 25.33% share and a 26.92% drop over June 2022.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 37.33% share in July 2022, a 7.69% growth over June 2022. US featured next with a 30.67% share, up 91.67% over the previous month. Germany recorded a 9.33% share, a decline of 30% compared with June 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Bayer IT hiring activity in July 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.67%, up by 7.89% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 32% share, a growth of 71.43% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.33% share, down 41.18% over June 2022.
