XB-002 overview

XB-002 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including peritoneal cancer, fallopian tube cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer and head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma esophageal, metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), colorectal cancer, oral cavity cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, laryngeal cancer, endometrial cancer, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative breast cancer and hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.  It is administered through intravenous route in the form of solution.
