Vas-01 overview
Vas-01 (Recombinant fusion protein) is under development for the treatment of Kaposi sarcoma and metastatic or recurrent solid tumors, metastatic urothelial carcinoma, prostate cancer. The drug is administered intravenously and intravesically. The recombinant fusion protein is composed of the full-length extracellular domain (soluble) of human receptor tyrosine kinase ephrin type-B receptor 4 (sEphB4) and fused, at its C-terminus, to full-length human serum albumin (HSA).
