TG-1042 overview
TG-1042 (ASN-002) is under development for the treatment of basal cell carcinoma, relapsing primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas and nodular basal cell carcinoma, cutaneous head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma in patients with gorlin syndrome. It is administered by intratumor injection. TG-1042 is a recombinant adenovirus encoding the human immunoregulatory cytokine interferon gamma (IFNgamma).
