KH-903 is under development for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. The drug candidate is a genetically engineered recombinant human VEGF receptor-Fc fusion protein which contains the extracellular domain 2 of VEGF receptor 1 (Flt-1) and extracellular domain 3 and 4 of VEGF receptor 2 (Flk-1, KDR) fused to the Fc portion of human immunoglobulin G1. It is administered through intravenous route and as intravenous drip. It specifically binds to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
It is under development for the treatment of metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
