Fosravuconazole (E-1224/ Nailin) is a triazole derivative, acts as an anti-fungal agent. It is formulated as hard gelatin capsules for oral route of administration. Fosravuconazole is indicated for the treatment of onychomycosis. It is a prodrug of Ravuconazole.
