CGX-1321 overview
CGX-1321 is under development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory solid tumours including adenocarcinomas of the gastrointestinal tract such as colorectal adenocarcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, gastrointestinal tumor, bile duct carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, oesophagal carcinoma and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
