AMG-193 is under development for treatment of metastatic or advanced methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) null non-small cell lung cancer, MTAP-null squamous non-small cell lung cancer and metastatic or advanced MTAP null solid tumors including bile tract cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, glioma, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma, lymphoma.
