LPMX-1 (Promitil, PL-MLP) is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including metastatic colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) which bears deleterious germline or somatic mutations in BRCA1, BRCA2, or HRD. The drug candidate is a new chemical entity prodrug of mitomycin-C administered through intravenous route.
