EP-0057 (NLG-207, CRLX-101) is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including epithelial ovarian cancer, peritoneal cancer, fallopian tube cancer, small-cell lung cancer, and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
