VG-161 is under development for the treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, acinar cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma, metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma,  bone sarcoma, soft tissue sarcoma, Ewing sarcoma. It was also under development for lymphoma, solid tumor, sarcoma and colon cancer.
