Of the top leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry, Moderna had the greatest increase in references for COVID-19 in Q2 2024, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified 129 COVID-19-related sentences in the company's filings - 16% of all sentences - and a decrease of 15% in Q2 2024 compared with Q2 2023. Pfizer’s mentions of COVID-19 dropped by 64% to 50 and Johnson & Johnson’s by 63% to 25 and Sarepta Therapeutics’s by 30% to 21 and BioNTech’s by 35% to 15.
