Poland’s pharma industry registered a 3.0% rise in IT hiring activity in April 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 4.24% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.
Out of the pharma industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 18.48% share in April 2022, recording an increase of 1.39% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 102.53% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry in April 2022.

Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in April 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 1.43% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during April 2022 over March 2022.
F. Hoffmann-La Roche posted 26 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a rise of 550% over the previous month, followed by GlaxoSmithKline with 25 jobs and an 8.7% growth. Bayer with 12 IT jobs and AstraZeneca with 3 jobs, recorded a 40% decline and an 85% decrease, respectively, while Merck recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during April 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.48%, down by 1.59% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 13.92% share, registered a decline of 31.25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 7.59% share, down 53.85% over March 2022.
