Top five pharma companies in Germany’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 61.11% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Bausch Health Companies posted 24 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 71.43% over the previous month, followed by CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. with 24 jobs and a 20% growth. Schreiner MediPharm with 18 IT jobs and Bayer with 15 jobs, recorded a 100% flat growth and an 87.5% flat growth, respectively, while F. Hoffmann-La Roche recorded an increase of 100% with 6 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.25%, up by 21.43% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 19.83% share, registered an increase of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 9.09% share, flat growth over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.83%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
