Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 19.35% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during September 2021 over August 2021.

GlaxoSmithKline posted 13 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a drop of 18.75% over the previous month, followed by F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 4 jobs and a flat growth. Parexel International with 3 IT jobs and Moderna with 3 jobs, recorded a 50% flat growth and a 200% flat growth, respectively, while AstraZeneca recorded a decline of 75% with 2 job postings during September 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.29%, down by 44.12% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 22.58% share, registered an increase of 133.33% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.13% share, flat growth over August 2021.
